Testimonials
“I am so impressed by the high quality of this sale- very organized, professional and easy. I wish this had been around when I was pregnant with my first child. I shopped many garage sales with only modest results. Thanks for all of your help!”

“I had a great experience and surprised how simple the process was. I am amazed that the technology exists to create tags, manage my inventory and view daily sales from my own computer. That was fun seeing how much money I made at the end of each day! Tagging was easy and the organization of clothes was wonderful. I really appreciate the rapid response from you every time I have needed help or had questions. It is nice to know that I wouldn't need to wait days to get a response. I will see you next year. Thanks again for everything. ”

Using My Consignment Manager to Create Tags
KidStuff Sale uses a system called My Consignment Manager, which will allow you to electronically enter all of your items, print tags, and manage your inventory. The cost of using this system is included in your registration fee.
Benefits to you:
Easy to use, point/click menus
Electronically enter your tags from any computer with internet access
Calculate your potential sales
Print lists of your sold/unsold inventory
Print an itemized donation list (unsold items) for your taxes
Resubmit unsold items from one sale to another without retagging
View items sold prior to picking up unsold items/receiving your check
Access to My Consignment Manager begins when you register for a sale. See the tagging tips below for more info on using this system. It's easy!
Using Pre-Priced Bar-Code Tags
If you’d rather not enter your item data online by using My Consignment Manager, you can request pre-priced bar-coded tags and enter your item data by hand. However, you won't have access to a detailed inventory report – only the # of items that have sold each day. You can, however, transfer unsold items with manual tags to a different sale as you would items entered online. The choice is yours!
Organize items into groups by type – toys, clothing, equipment, etc. Sort clothing by gender, type, and size.
Enter your items into My Consignment Manager. By sorting prior to entering, you will save time because you will only have to re-enter the price and description for each similar item. Categories are held until you change them. The fields are also text friendly and will automatically complete the field once you’ve learned the descriptions and key the first letter or digit.
Edit any tags by going the Manage Inventory screen. Here you can print inventory reports, mass edit items or individual items, and also see a Projected Settlement Report based on the items you have entered into the system.
As you enter your items into inventory, remember to use the DESCRIPTION field to give brief details about the item you wish to sell. This would include size (Junior size, Toddler size, Youth size), brand (Gymboree, Lands End), and various other descriptions (color, size, number of pieces). The DESCRIPTION information assists in the placement of your items in the appropriate areas of the sales floor, security, and locating items for pick up.
The clothing area of the sales floor is organized by gender, then from smaller sizes to larger sizes. It is very important to size your items appropriately so they will be placed in the best area for buyers to see. Since the SIZE field does not offer range of sizes, please defer to the smaller size if your item has a range (example: size 10-12 should be tagged as a size 10).
Print tags any time you want - at intervals or all at once when you finish entering your items. Print tags only on white cover stock or card stock 60# weight or heavier.
Check your tags to make sure the bar-code is clear and is not excessively dark (sometimes the ‘normal’ setting is best to use when printing). Hand write your last initial on the face of each barcode tag – this is referred to as your “sort code”. This code is used to sort unsold items at the end of the sale expediting the pick up process
Tag your items by cutting tags on the lines and pinning to left shoulder or right side if the clothing is facing you (use safety pins or a tag gun). Hangers should be open to the left like a question mark - ?. When applying tape to the toys, equipment, etc. please do not put tape on the bar code.

Printing Tags
Once you are done entering your items you can choose to print at home (select print tags and follow prompts), or you can have tags printed by one of our partner printers.
Our partner printers will print your tag PDF on required 67lb white card stock and cut them if you'd like. The service is wonderful and the tags scan great - FASTER register lines! You save ink, paper and time!
Simply create your tag pdf file within the system and save it to your hard drive. Address an email to the printer of your choice and attach the pdf file. Be sure to specify in your email that you want the tags printed on 67lb card stock and cut!
