    Open daily 10am-8pm
    Discount sale Saturday: 10am – 8pm

    Pre-Sale Dates:

    Volunteer Pre-Sale: Tuesday, March 6th
    12+ hr volunteers: 3pm – 9pm
    4+ hr volunteers: 5pm – 9pm
    Seller Pre-Sale: Wednesday, March 7th
    10am – 8pm
    New Parent + Military/Seminary Pre-Sale: Wednesday, March 7th
    1pm – 8pm
    1/2 Price Pre-Sale: Saturday, March 10th
    8am – 10am
    Workers & Sellers only

    Consignor Online Registration Deadline:

    Thursday, March 1st at 9pm
    - OR –
    when we reach 250 sellers (whichever comes first)

    Drop Off Appointment & Volunteer Scheduling System Shutdown:

    Friday, March 2th at 9pm

    Data Entry Deadline:

    Saturday, March 3rd (10pm): Deadline to enter inventory in online system

    Additional barcodes can be obtained at drop off if you happen to miss a few items. Once the system deadlines have passed you will no longer be able to access that area of the system. So it is very important that you finalize your registration, data entry, volunteer shifts and drop off appointments prior that time. We can provide additional barcode tags at drop off.

    You will still be able to access your seller homepage to view workshift(s), drop off shifts and estimated sales after the system is locked. Updates to sales data detail will be made daily. See the view settlement tab for detailed sales information.

    Consignor Drop-Off Dates * by appointment only:

    Sunday, March 4th 1pm-9pm
    Monday, March 5th 9am-9pm
    Tuesday, March 6th 9am – 11am

    Consignor Pick-Up Dates:

    Saturday, March 10th 8pm-9:30pm – unsorted w/ check mailed
    Sunday, March 11th 1pm – 4pm - sorted

    Consignor Re-Stock Dates:

    Thurs. March 8th 1pm – 3pm or 8pm – 9pm
