Volunteers - Volunteering
  • During the sale, help is needed to receive and organize clothing and toys, straighten merchandise, assist shoppers and help with the check out / register area. 2 hour and 4 hour shifts are listed in the online tagging/scheduling section of the website.

  • We are happy to create a shift that works with your family schedule! We are flexible! We also know that not all moms are able to help during the actual event – we have limited at home options too – call or email us for more information.

  • Consignor volunteer incentives are as follows:
    • Volunteer 2 or more hours and enjoy a reduced registration fee of $10.
    • Volunteer 4 hours and attend a private volunteer presale.
    • Volunteer 8 hours and earn 75% & attend the private volunteer presale.
    • Volunteer 12 hours* earn 80% of sales and shop first.
    • Volunteer 16 hours* earn 85% of sales and shop first.

* To be eligible for higher consignment percentages and entry to the volunteer presale & "Shop First", you must select three or four “HIGH PRIORITY RED SHIFTS” totaling 12 or 16 hours. Shifts are filled on a first come first served basis.

* 2 hour shifts listed within the scheduling system are for sellers only. Non-selling volunteer shifts are a 4 hour minimum. Thank you for your interest in KidStuff Sales!

Passes are are required for the worker presale and will be verified at drop off. If you are a non-seller, we require a $25 deposit to enter the worker pre-sale, unless your shift occurred prior to the pre-sale. Your money will be returned to you when you complete your volunteer shift.
