Volunteers - Volunteer Shift Schedule/Sign Up Click here to sign up to volunteer. Please read before signing up to volunteer. By signing up for a shift, you agree to the following: For volunteers who are sellers: By signing up for one or more work shifts, you agree to fulfill the commitment for your chosen dates and times. You also agree that should something come up which prevents you from being able to fulfill your obligation; you will cancel or change your shift online prior to the start of the drop off process. If something comes up that prevents you from being able to fulfill your designated work shift(s) once the drop off process has started or anytime during the event, you agree to do one of the following:
2. Notify us that you are sending a suitable replacement for your original work shift(s). 3. Notify us and pay $25 (per shift) so that we can hire someone to help during the shift. If you fail to show for your work shift without taking any of the above actions, you agree that in addition to the $25 fee will deduct an additional 10% from your seller earnings and any applicable incentives will be forfeited. For volunteers who are not selling By signing up for one or more work shifts, you agree to fulfill the commitment for your chosen dates and times. You also agree that should something come up which prevents you from being able to fulfill your obligation, you will contact us to let us know. If your designated shift is a date which falls after the worker pre-sale, you will be required to pay $25 cash upon entry to the worker pre-sale. We will return your money in full upon completion of your work shift. If you fail to show or complete your designated work shift, you agree to:
