The September In-Person sale is creeping up on us all…especially with school getting back into session!!! We hope you’ve had a nice, relaxing summer break. 

The schedule is published in Homebase. Login and grab your shift if you haven’t already.  

The Team has spoken and we’re implementing NEW EMPLOYEE INCENTIVES because YOU deserve the extra perks for the invaluable support you’ve provided to the sale over the years. 😊

For details on the updated and NEW employee incentives, scan the emails below. We have highlighted notable areas. 

If you haven’t already, please complete the following:

      3. Turn on notifications (within app and on phone)

      4. Verify contact information

NEW THIS SEASON! KidStuff Sale is asking TEAM to participate in our effort to increase social share algorithms. We will provide instructions and training leading up to the event. Stay tuned for details.  

Communications regarding employment for this sale will be sent via HomeBase. For questions regarding shift edits, schedule changes, or general scheduling inquiries, private message Emily Cooper via HomeBase. DO NOT SELECT FIND COVERAGE! If you get an accidental request, do not accept it. It makes it difficult for us to keep track of who should be on the schedule because we don’t see these changes on our end of the system.

ALL October and November shifts have been published! Please grab shifts in Homebase as soon as you know if you can work. You DO NOT have to be a seller during this sale to  

For those who are still on the fence about the September sale, we have plenty of open shifts and we need you if you’re able to work. One of the new incentives for September is free Valet Check-In! 

Sale venue/worker dates and locations follow: 

September 24-30 – Louisville In-Person (1780 Plantside Dr., Louisville, KY 40299) 

October – New Albany In Person (2909 Grant Line Rd., New Albany, IN 47150) 

November – Louisville Virtual (1780 Plantside Dr., Louisville, KY 40299) 

If you cannot work one or both the October or November sales, please help us plan by replying to this email and letting us know which sale(s) to remove you from correspondence and planning.

SUBJECT: TEAM AMBASSADOR CARDS & REFERRAL OFFER…long read, sorry! Ha! 
 

Hello again!  

Two TEAM emails send on the 4th of July! Oh my!   

Well June has flown by.. and here we are the heading into the 2nd week of July!   

We fully recognize that your days are likely full running to practices, camps, pool parties and the like…which is why we’re reaching out to you to possibly help us continue to spread the word about KidStuff Sale and our upcoming events.  We continue to serve so many families across Kentuckiana with each sale and we’re always searching for new ways to reach as many Moms and Dads as possible who may not be familiar with the services we provide. 

We’ve ordered Ambassador Cards that resemble business cards with information about KidStuff, a QR code with our sale dates and a short blurb on what we do – and a place to add your name for referrals. We’d love to have as many of you carry a few with you as you attend your various activities and spread the word.  We know some of you are extremely busy and may not be able to participate…and that’s OK!  For those of you that may be interested, we’d love to hear from you at support@kidstuffsale.com or text 502-209-9899 with your full name and we’ll coordinate to get cards mailed to you.  

We are also sharing this Team Only referral offer valid July 5 through September 14! Even if you are not able to work in September, as a past team member you are eligible.   

All team members who refer NEW sellers will be put in a drawing (one entry per referral) for a $100 Amazon Gift Card – or KidStuff Kash (whichever preferred) one entry per referral.   

If more than 80 new sellers are referred by the team between July 5 and September 14, we will add two additional $50 gift cards to the drawing. 

The team member who refers the **MOST NEW sellers (minimum of 5) will also get a $100 Amazon gift card – or KidStuff Kash and HUGE bragging rights as the Master Ambassador!  

*A NEW Seller must not have sold in the sale before and must bring 40+ items to seller check-in. You will be shocked how many families do NOT know about our events – just hand out the cards – you’ll see!!  The new seller must list YOU as their referral source when registering.  

In addition to using the ambassador cards – you can text or email or post share on social – neighborhood groups, etc. as long as the new seller lists your name you will receive the referral credit. Offer to help them get started as a thank you for listing you as the referral to the sale.  

Irrespective of your participation here, we again want to THANK YOU for supporting our efforts to bring KidStuff Sale each and every year to the community.  It’s because of YOU that we’re reaching so many families who have greatly benefited from our events, both In-Person and Virtual.  We look forward to seeing you at our upcoming Fall events.

September seems far away but we’re being proactive in getting the schedule sent early for those of you that need to plan ahead. Like last year, Emily Cooper will be handling the details surrounding the HomeBase scheduling. Please follow the instructions below to expedite communications and scheduling.    

We’ve developed the timeline for the fall event and created the available shifts in HomeBase. Shifts have published and we’re reaching out to this group first, who’ve participated with us in the past, to provide an opportunity to grab your times now before expanding to additional folks who may want to work with us.  

When logging into Homebase to select your shifts, PLEASE tab over to the correct date range to find the openings. If you haven’t already, please complete the following:

      1. 32+ hours = Free* registration, shop time Tues., Sep 26th @ 8:30am, shop early access to 50% off Fri., Sep 29th @ 3:00pm, and 100 additional opening inventory items. (returning team perk additional 5% **personal sales and FREE Valet Check-In)  

      2. 24 hrs. = Free* registration, shop time Tues., Sep 26th @ 9:30am, shop early access to 50% off Fri., Sep 29th @ 3:00pm, 75 additional opening inventory items. (returning team perk additional 4% ** personal sales and FREE Valet Check-In)  

      3. 20 hrs. = Free* registration, shop time Tues., Sep 26th @ 10:00, shop early access to 50% off Fri., Sep 29th @ 3:00pm, and 50 additional opening inventory items. (returning team perk 3% of ** personal sales)  

      4. 16 hrs. = Shop time Tues., Sep 26th @ 10:30am, shop early access to 50% off Fri., Sep 29th @ 3:00pm, and 50 additional opening inventory items.   

      5. 12 hrs. = Shop time Tues., Sep 26th @ 11:00am, shop early access to 50% off Fri., Sep 29th @ 3:00pm.   

*To activate free registration, begin the registration process and select ‘I’m Not Ready to Pay Yet’. Then private message Emily Cooper via HomeBase for registration activation and earned additional inventory.   

*SEP 2023 SALE ONLY: If you have already paid registration, email support@kidstuffsale.com with your name and seller number and a voucher will be available for use on Tuesday, September 26th ONLY.   

**Only employees who worked the March In-Person or May Virtual sale are eligible for the returning team perks of the additional % of up to $500 in sales and FREE Valet Check-In.  

We’re excited to get the team back together soon! Please be flexible when we get closer to the sale date; we may need to tweak some shifts/positions based on sale volume and experience needed in certain areas.
