FAQ: I made an error on and item and it won’t let me fix it. What do I do?

Once the sale file is closed there will be a shopping cart next to each item that has been transferred to the storefront. Once this transfer occurs, edits may not be made to that item.

Please ensure to follow the sale timeline and allot yourself enough time to inventory, quality control, review your items for double entries and errors before the deadline.
