Five Steps to Print Your Barcode Tags

You’ve registered as a consignor, you’ve entered your items, and now you’re ready to print. But, what’s the best way to make that happen?

Printing In-person Barcode Tags (not for virtual sales):

  1. Log in to MyCM. From the “Manage Items” page, select the drop-down menu next to “Show [#] entries”, and then select the maximum number to print all entries.

Select the blank box in the top left corner of the grid. This should select all checkboxes. (Note: If you will be printing any of the “hold item” tags, you will need to uncheck these boxes when printing “full tag”.)

  2. Select ‘Print’ at the top of the page.
  3. Select the appropriate tags you wish to generate. The ‘full tag’ is the standard tag used on most items. ‘Hold item tag’ is used for larger items or high-value items that must be secured by the registers. (Note: If you have more than the maximum number it displays, you will need to print the second page listing of items as well.)
  4. Download the file. This will print to a .pdf. You must have Adobe to open this file. Choose to save to your computer or to print.
  5. Print at home on your excellent quality home printer… or use one of our partner printers (see below).

Printing Large Item Barcode Tags (Not for Holiday or Virtual Sales):

Follow all steps listed above after you have selected only the in your inventory that are large and high-value items that would be secured at the high-value item rack in your inventory. You will select the “hold item tag” when printing.

Printing Virtual Sale Barcode Tags (Sold Item tags):

Once you receive the email about uploaded sales, you can generate and print shopper barcode tags.
  1. In the Settlement Report tab of MyCM, select “Print Sold Item Labels”.
  2. All labels will generate in a pdf file.
  3. Verify all labels were generated for sold items.
  4. Sold item tags must be printed on WHITE HEAVY WEIGHT PAPER, 67lbs or heavier.
  5. Send to one of our print partners or print at home!
